Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Remote (UK Based)
Salary: £28,000+ uncapped commission (40K OTE)
Benefits: 32 days holiday + contributory pension scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM (4 PM finish on Fridays)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Telesales/Telemarketing Executives to join a fast-growing and award-winning B2B sales and marketing consultancy. This role is suited to ambitious and results-driven individuals who thrive in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
The organisation specialises in delivering tailored B2B campaigns for clients across the UK and internationally, working with a range of companies from SMEs to multinationals. The work is varied and fast-paced, offering a unique opportunity to juggle multiple campaigns and contribute to the success of businesses across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting outbound B2B sales and telemarketing calls (no consumer calls)
* Generating high-quality leads and setting appointments
* Focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall results
Essential Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years of B2B outbound sales or telemarketing experience
* A proven track record in generating leads and achieving targets
* Exceptional communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
* Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A passion for sales and a genuine drive to achieve results
