Caerphilly Call Centre Leadership Role
We are currently looking for an accomplished Call Centre Manager to join our Brite Recruitment Ltd team in Caerphilly.
The successful applicant will enjoy a salary range of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus an attractive benefits package featuring private healthcare and generous holiday entitlement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver targeted training initiatives for customer service staff.
* Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Promote a culture of excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Substantial experience leading a customer-facing team.
* Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
