Shift Pattern: Annualised shift pattern – four 12-hour shifts, including bank holidays and weekends
Starting Salary: £31,712.72 per year (inclusive of shift allowance), increasing to £34,035.04 after 4 weeks (then 6-monthly reviews)

As a Manufacturing Support Operator (MSO), you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing team by ensuring all materials are available to meet production targets. You’ll follow standard operating procedures while applying continuous improvement methods to enhance performance in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take responsibility for your work, safety, and the safety of your colleagues
2. Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and procedures
3. Ensure product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process
4. Understand and apply systems and procedures, escalating issues when necessary
5. Operate forklifts to load and unload vehicles (desirable but not essential – training provided)
6. Continuously challenge yourself to improve performance
7. Demonstrate a good understanding of the business and its processes
