I am looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field within an IT team. An understanding and awareness of cost estimations and operating models is essential. Experience in the hospitality and retail sectors would be advantageous. Additionally, I expect a broad understanding of IT, platforms, and technologies.
Your responsibilities are:
In this role, I will require you to act as the key interface between users and project manager(s) to gather information, document processes, and confirm final documents across all IT regions. Your main tasks will include requirement gathering (using RTMs) and analysis for projects across the organization, as well as documenting and communicating the results. You will support RFPs (request for proposals) by describing and soliciting bids for suppliers and assessing data-driven recommendations and reports. You will fulfill a functional role to analyze requirements and build quality solutions that meet those requirements, advising clients on solution offerings, strategy, designs, implementation approaches, and alternatives/trade-offs. Furthermore, you will provide input to technical estimates using standard tools, portfolio Work Breakdown Structures, statements of work, and industry-standard estimating techniques.
