About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to breakdowns and provide technical assistance to our members
* Work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues
* Communicate effectively with customers to provide reassurance and explain technical information
* Drive to different locations in all weather conditions
What You'll Need
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with experience
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
