We are excited to be recruiting for the post of Attendance Improvement Manager to join us at our forward thinking and positive school in Wellingborough

The role:
* To be responsible for promoiting excellent attendance and punctuality and reducing levels of absence and latness as well as working directly with children and familites to promote high levels of attendance and puntuality. To ensure that attendance rises above national expectations.
* Role is 37 hours per week and 41 weeks per year (Term time plus training days with an additional 2 weeks)
* Working in a Secondary school with Key stages 3 and 4.
Person Specification -
* Drive the school school attendance strategy by supporting all members of staff in the continuing efforts to raise and sustain attendance and puncruality levels.
* Develop and implement robust procedures to ensure attendance concerns at all levels are addressed in a supportive and timely manner.
* Direct the roles and resposibilities of the Attendance Leaders and Attendance Co-ordinator

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
