Division Overview Strategy is at the core of our business. A well-articulated and quantified strategy drives attention and investment across the organization. Within the FinTech Strategy division, the Regulatory Solutions Presales are dedicated to drive business growth across our key flagship verticals of financial and statistical regulatory reporting, capital, liquidity, and ESG. The Presales function is integral in driving the full lifecycle of critical initiatives and sales opportunities for Nasdaq AxiomSL. By working closely with R&D, sales & marketing, and Customer Success, the Presales sub-division delivers and creates a critical cohesion point across multiple teams. The Strategy Organization also collaborates with the Product Marketing division which organizes all Go-To-Market activities and promotes the corresponding solutions to customers, prospects, and partners through all available media. Team and Role Overview The Regulatory Solutions Pre-Sales Specialist will work with a team of experts led by the Regional Head of Presales. Each team member has a dedicated focus area within our key solution verticals of Regulatory Reporting, Capital, Liquidity, ESG, etc. while collaborating as a team for large multi-discipline opportunities. By using Nasdaq’s AxiomSL flexible platform and solutions, the candidate will be provided the opportunity to craft solutions to solve complex customer challenges, learn advanced technologies, and widen their domain knowledge. Responsibilities Functional and Technical customer presentations Customer demonstrations of Nasdaq’s AxiomSL Platform and Regulatory Solutions Customer requirements clarification, specification, and documentation Solution technical design Proof of Concept delivery including development/integration work Coordination with developers and product management Agile and independent working style to quickly respond to customer needs, working with vitality to propose creative solutions that deliver demonstrable value Responding to RFP and RFI questionnaires Participation in account planning and Go To Market processes Other duties as assigned Skills & Requirements Proven expertise in a pre-sales function Strong functional domain expertise in Regulatory Reporting, Basel 3, Basel 3.1, capital, liquidity, IReF, ESG Strong technical background in financial solutions with experience in software design, software development or sophisticated configuration in no-code/low-code platform Strong presentation skills (verbal & written) Highly energetic, enthusiastic, empowered and collaborative Strong creativity, willing to make an impact for our clients, and with hands-on agility to make it happen on our platform Experience engaging and coordinating with business, technical, and operations interlocutors Ability to organize and implement a pre-sales plan and manage stakeholder expectations At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience Fluent in English and German. Other languages such as French or Spanish are a plus Technical/Functional Skills SQL: mid-level required Oracle: mid-level required SaaS: familiar with cloud and SaaS solution Excel, PPT: strong level required Knowledge of statistical languages (R/Python) is a plus What do we offer you?
