Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Delivery:Develop and deliver high-quality teaching sessions aligned with the Level 3 Sports curriculum, incorporating relevant functional skills in English and mathematics. To provide ongoing impartial IAG and CIAG to enable learners to progress and achieve their goals.
2. Practical Sessions:Organize and lead practical sports sessions to enhance learners practical skills and understanding of sports principles and techniques. Employ strategies to safeguard others, identifying risks and following reporting procedures to provide timely support.
