What you’ll do
1. Manage the whole of Tribe's financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting including the development and implementation of long-term financial plans that align with the company's overall goals.
2. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
3. Collaborate with various internal teams to monitor inventory levels, assist with payroll and bonuses, and set budgets where necessary.
4. Oversee the stock turnover and wastage to ensure that inventory remains in line with demand forecasts.
5. Support projects such as launching new product lines, marketing campaigns, and events by providing financial insights and risk assessments.
6. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and organized.
