About the Role:
As a strategic recruitment partner on behalf of PWS, you will play a crucial role in spearheading and managing the delivery of recruitment for a key account within the civil engineering field. This hybrid role will be based at our Glasgow HQ (G4 0LA), onsite at the client, as well as some home working.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work within our strategic recruitment partnership, closely with the internal team at PWS and the client to deliver the recruitment solution as per the agreed plan and timescales.
2. Understand the operational infrastructure to manage the recruitment process efficiently, including applicant tracking systems and screening and interviewing procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations, including employment laws and data protection regulations.
4. Cultivate strong relationships within the client's stakeholders by delivering exceptional service, understanding their unique needs, and presenting the finest talent available in the market.
5. Develop a strong personal and company brand identity that resonates with civil engineering clients, leveraging your network and connections to increase awareness and attract potential new clients.
6. Utilise your industry expertise to identify and recruit top talent in the civil engineering field, fostering relationships with trade associations and attending industry events.
7. Leverage existing network and contacts within the civil engineering industry, participating in industry conferences, networking events, and targeted outreach to civil engineering talent.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving recruitment practices, continuously adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a successful billing recruiter, ideally within Civil engineering construction, engineering or manufacturing.
2. Customer-centric mindset who understands the importance of long-term relationships.
3. Strong understanding of working to a detailed delivery plan and timescales.
4. Embraces technology and looks to stay ahead of the competition by providing innovative recruitment solutions.
5. Demonstrated drive, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Collaborative mindset and willingness to support new colleagues.

1. Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
