Make a difference as a Developer – Business Intelligence
We’re on the lookout for a talented Business Intelligence Developer to play a key role in driving data-led decision making across our organisation. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining powerful business intelligence solutions that unlock insights and fuel smarter business strategies. You’ll also work closely with end-users and IT colleagues, providing expert support with reporting, data systems, and visualisation tools — ensuring our teams have the information they need to make impactful decisions.

* Design and develop data stores in SQL Server including Data Warehouses
* Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data between systems including data warehouses
* Ensure data quality, integrity and optimisation of data held across multiple datastores
* Develop and maintain SSRS reports
* Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes
* Work with stakeholders and wider IT Teams to understand needs and translate them into solutions
* Support IT Teams in the management and resolution of user issues
Is this you?
* Commercial experience of BI development and support
* Knowledge of modern tools (such as PowerBI) for creating dashboards, visualisations, and data insights
* Knowledge of visual design and visualisation best practises
* Strong knowledge of SQL Server in query writing and maintenance
* Track record of translating business needs into data driven solutions
Preferred Experience (but not essential):
* Data warehouse/modelling concepts and best practises
* Experience of managing change using tools such as Git / Azure DevOps
* Experience of related Azure technologies such as Fabric, OneLake, Databricks and related products
