Official title is Senior Proposition Manager however they are open to speaking with anyone who has Commercial and/or Bridging Mortgage experience at either a broker or within either Product, Proposition, Underwriting, New Business, Relationship Management, Credit Risk, Business Change etc. as the skills are transferable.
London, Kent, West Midlands or Fareham - 2 days in the office with flexible start/finish times.

* Identified opportunities for new products and enhancements through detailed market research and competitor analysis.
* Collaborated with Sales, Credit Risk, Underwriting, Operations, and IT teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
* Developed and executed go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and customer needs.
* Presented key insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders, shaping the future of the business.
And experience in:
* Market insights and competitor analysis.
* Crafting business cases and go-to-market strategies that drive commercial success.
* The UK mortgage market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
* Influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Commercial & Bridging lending/sector knowledge (6 months+).
