Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various software applications, and demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette.
Duties
1. Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
3. Assist with the management of schedules and appointments.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks is advantageous.
