The successful candidate will specialise in Tenancy Management, contributing to ongoing projects and providing advice & support to area teams. Monitor and update Garden Care Scheme and update process maps on ISOMA. As a Housing Professional you will be responsible for: Contributing to the development of strategies and practices which support the Service’s aims and values in Tenancy Management and Tenancy Sustainment. Promoting effective partnerships, working across the Service and with partner services and organisations, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment to quality service delivery. Achieving and exceeding performance targets and delivery of excellent customer services. Delivering high quality landlord services by engaging with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met. The Person If you meet the essential criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you: Educated to SCQF level 6, which includes Highers or SVQ level 3 or equivalent, preferably in housing, care or related discipline. Considerable experience of Housing Services and knowledge of standards across functional areas. Knowledge of medium and long term strategies. Performance management skills and experience of objective setting and monitoring. Case/project management skills. Experience of partnership and multi-agency working. Time and workload management skills. Knowledge of Housing systems and good IT skills. Ability to provide a regular and effective service. Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
