Role: National Account Manager – Out of Home (OOH) / Wholesale Reports to: Head of Sales
Location: Remote first role (in Gloucestershire 3-4 days per month)

Freja is the UK’s leading bone broth brand, and one of the fastest growing food businesses in the country. Thanks to considerable celebrity endorsement and significant marketing investment in the category (to which Freja has contributed £1m+ in the last 12 months alone), consumers are becoming more aware of the benefits bone broth can offer them. As people also become more aware of the negative impacts of ultra processed foods (UPFs), consumers are actively seeking out natural products as solutions for their problems.
The business is transitioning from being a pure DTC model into an omni channel brand. In just nine months, the retail / wholesale channel already represents a huge part of total company revenue and this is set to significantly accelerate further into 2025 and beyond. Freja has already secured significant listings in major retailers, such as Tesco, Holland & Barrett, Booths, Whole Foods & Ocado. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to lead and manage our Out of Home (OOH) and Wholesale accounts on a national scale. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, a hunter mentality for unlocking new business, expanding market share, and building long-lasting relationships with key clients in the OOH sector, including wholesalers, convenience stores, foodservice, and hospitality.
Full P&L responsibility for your channel and accounts (role is both existing account management as well as new business development/ acquisition).
Develop relationships with national retailers and open key national accounts.
Lead contract negotiations with national OOH and wholesale accounts, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with company policies and terms.
Regularly report on account performance, sales achievements, and market insights to senior management.
Have a strong background in sales within the OOH and wholesale channels,
Exceptional account management skills, and a strategic approach to customer engagement.
Have a passion for food, nutrition, health and fitness.
