About this opportunity
We are seeking a skilled leader to manage a multi-disciplinary team of technical and operational staff, ensuring the delivery of highway improvement and maintenance projects to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing project design and construction, programming works, managing winter maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with legal and budgetary targets. You'll also be responsible for developing cost estimates, managing resources, and providing expert advice on policies and regulations.
