* Lead the team of Account Managers and Customer Service Team Development, including defining and communicating key performance indicators and targets. Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to develop strategies to boost sales in new markets.
* Be a key part of the country's Senior Management Team and work with the Country Head and Head of Marketing to define the overall country's strategies including its portfolio, segmentation of customers, and commercial policy.
* Engage directly with the largest key accounts and serve as the Key Account Manager for selected customers to assist in the success of a channel partner’s business based on an annual Key Account plan.
* With excellent sales experience and sales leadership, engage with KAMs and develop customer Account Plans.
How You’ll Help Us Grow?
* Lead the team of Account Managers and Customer Service Team Development to deliver on the country's sales and business development activities.
* Own and manage relationships with strategic key channel partners for long-term, sustainable mutual business development.
* Lead CRM activities through salesforce.com.
* Identify product needs and create solutions with agile, cross-functional teams.
* Observe market dynamics, innovations, trends, and competitive environments to support key customers in developing future-oriented strategies.
* Develop and implement annual Key Account Plans identifying portfolio mix, product volumes, joint marketing activities, pricing, and commercial terms.
* Lead sales teams to support local actions and develop tactics.
* Resolve issues and complaints faced by key customers.
* Coordinate offerings, negotiation, and successful contract closures.
* Capture required customer data via salesforce.com to ensure engagement in meeting/exceeding the Key Account Plan.
* Develop and follow-up on short and mid-term budget & forecast reporting with key clients.
* Organize and manage quarterly Key Account meetings to review progress on Plan implementation.
* Lead and manage the internal key account team and serve as the prime interface of communication between key customers and internal teams.
