Role Description
The Head of Finance and Corporate Services is a key member of the senior management team and responsible for the internal operations of the charity. This involves overseeing our finance, human resources, risk, legal and compliance functions.
Specific Duties:
* To lead and manage the corporate services team
* Financial management to include leading on financial reporting and audit
* Day-to-day oversight of the HR function
* Oversight of IT and digital infrastructure (managed by an external provider)
* Oversight of charity governance and risk management
* Strategic business development and communications
Qualifications
* At least 3 years’ experience working in a finance management role
* Experience working with Sage and Payroll accounts
* Accounting qualification i.e., ACCA, CIMA, CipFa
* Level 7 qualification in a relevant subject area (Business Management, Education, Compliance, accounting)
