As an Advanced Practitioner you will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team within the North Kirklees enhanced team providing specialist assessment and treatment interventions for individuals with a diagnosis of a personality disorder, or those presenting with similar difficulties.
You will provide clinical leadership within the team in regards to this client group and work alongside the Team Manager to embed the pathway within the team. You will also work alongside the pathway leads to further develop good practice and ensure robust governance structures are in place and adhered to.
You will be required to attend managed clinical network meetings and actively support the structures in place which assist in providing excellent trauma informed care to this service user group.
Your role will involve liaising with service users, family and carers in addition to third sector, primary care colleagues and other external services so excellent communication skills are essential.

You should contribute to the on-going development of the Trauma Informed Personality Disorder Pathway whilst working within the MDT.
You should contribute to the leadership within the North Kirklees Enhanced pathway, and provide advice and support for the staff team.
