National Account Exec – Health & Wellness Brand
Hybrid – Brighton (3–5 days office-based)
Up to £35k depending on experience
MKJ Ignite is on the lookout for a National Account Exec to join an innovative, fast-growing health & wellness brand that’s redefining the supplement industry. With a pioneering approach to nutrition, this business is committed to delivering high-quality, science-backed products designed for better absorption and retention.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-growth sales function while developing your own customer management skills. You’ll play a vital role in sales administration, ensuring orders, pricing, and invoices are accurately processed while providing key insights to drive commercial decisions. Over time, you’ll also take on responsibility for a select portfolio of customers, with room to grow this aspect of the role further.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing day-to-day sales administration – processing orders, checking pricing, and ensuring invoices are accurate.
* Delivering key reports – providing weekly sales insights and availability reports in collaboration with the Operations team.
* Supporting the Sales team – compiling analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Improving processes – identifying opportunities to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
* Managing a small customer base – ensuring they receive excellent service, training, and growth plans.
* Building strong relationships – working closely with internal teams and external customers to maintain high standards.
What we’re looking for:
* A graduate or sales professional with a strong interest in commercial operations.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong analytical ability – able to pull and interpret data for strategic decision-making.
* Creative mindset – eager to identify opportunities for growth.
* Strong IT skills – confident with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach – a natural problem solver.
* A great communicator – able to work collaboratively with teams and customers.
