In the last 12 months, our paid media team has doubled in size and after winning more new clients, we are now looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team in our Leeds or Manchester offices.

Responsibilities:
1. Work directly with clients to understand business goals and align paid social performance with those goals.
2. Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and suppliers, working to get insights and the latest beta to improve client performance.
3. Own day-to-day management of paid social accounts.
4. Keep a consistent in-depth knowledge level of paid channels.
5. Be client-facing, maintaining direct contact with your clients and attending and leading weekly calls.
6. Understand the goals of the accounts and align strategy to those goals.
7. Prepare and complete media plans to then pitch to strategist for approval with rationale.
8. Prepare road maps to help increase the performance of the accounts in line with the client’s business goals, along with robust testing plans.
9. Own creative testing and brief concepts to design teams, working with them on iterative creative development roadmaps.
10. Always be testing.
11. Regularly audit accounts to make sure basics are being applied in accounts.
12. Assign relevant tasks to executives.
13. Create targeted campaigns including writing required copy and testing landing pages.
14. Work with strategists to prepare monthly and quarterly decks.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years’ experience in a paid social role working across Paid Social platforms.
2. Solid presenting and client facing experience.
3. Strong understanding of tracking and tagging.
4. Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature.
5. Meta blueprint certified.
6. Confident communicator and ability to build relationships.
7. Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs.
8. Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines.
9. Analytical way of working.
10. Collaborative worker and all-round team player.
