Technical Sales Manager
📍 Location: Falmouth, UK / Hybrid (can be based remotely)
💰 Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (based on experience) + Quarterly Performance Bonuses
📆 Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:
An innovative leading engineering company specialising in subsea and harsh environment applications is seeking a Technical Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales and marketing efforts, manage client relationships, and increase brand awareness in a dynamic, cutting-edge industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with new and existing clients.
* Research potential markets and identify new revenue opportunities.
* Develop tenders, proposals, and quotations for client enquiries.
* Represent the company at industry trade exhibitions.
* Enhance website content and manage online customer engagement.
* Support and improve social media presence to drive brand awareness.
* Negotiate contracts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Lead and manage the sales and marketing team.
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Approximately 2 years' experience in the offshore survey industry.
* Strong understanding of technical sales within engineering environments.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong numeracy skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
Desirable Experience & Skills:
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Knowledge of import and export procedures
* Understanding of commercial contracts and processes across the globe.
* Website maintenance and marketing experience
* Ability to understand technical data and drawings
