Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering for one of our existing People & Culture Partners who is leading on a significant internal change project. As the People & Culture Partner, you will be the cornerstone of Human Resources excellence within your designated area. This pivotal role involves guiding and managing the delivery of HR services to drive organisational success and colleague satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering senior-level advice on people-related risks, legal implications, and their alignment with strategic objectives. About You Were looking for an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and a proven ability to drive cultural and organisational change. Youll be a natural collaborator, able to build relationships at all levels, with a keen eye for balancing the strategic and operational aspects of HR.
