Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our South Yorkshire Manufacturing clients to identify a HR & L&D Project Partner to join their HR team on an interim basis of 12-18 months. Supporting the project team on a site relocation the role will focus on the people aspects and considerations ahead of the move. This is an opportunity for the organisation to work towards successfully achieving Centre of Excellence status and in preparation the role will undertake a review of current HR policies and processes, both day to day and strategic as well as HR operating practices and terms & conditions. Additionally there will be a focus on Organisational Development to help to identify mechanisms to support additional positive cultural change. Focus will include: Reviewing HR policies and procedures Review of terms and conditions Review of current L&D initiativesCarry out engagement surveys Developing Early careers initiatives including apprenticeships and graduate programmesDeveloping skills frameworksReviewing reward and benefits Reporting into the Head of HR the role will work closely with the wider HR team and the Project team who will provide support and direction.The ideal candidate will have a generalist background in HR and L&DIf you have experience of supporting with site relocation from a HR perspective this would be an advantageIdeally you will have worked on defined projects as part of a team.Ideally CIPD qualified The role is ideally site based however some WFH will be considered.
