What you will do in your working day
* Training included in all aspects of Commis Chefing
* Food preparation and supporting the Head Chef
* Preparing breakfasts, lunches and starters initially and moving on to main courses and desserts
* Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen
The training you will be getting
* Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Commis Chef, including NVQ and Functional Skills maths and English. Work based learning.
* In house training delivered by an NLTG assessor
* NLTG assessor will visit every 4-6 weeks
