Skills/ Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in manual testing within an Agile environment. ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or equivalent). Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices. Experience in the finance industry, with knowledge of trading systems and financial software being highly desirable. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual testing on financial software applications, ensuring that all functional, security, and performance requirements are met. You'll be working closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers in an Agile environment to ensure the delivery of top-tier software for the finance and trading sectors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct manual testing of financial software applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and security meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand project requirements and contribute to project planning. Create, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Report, track, and resolve defects in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact to project timelines. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to help drive efficient delivery of software. Ensure testing is compliant with industry standards and financial regulations. Improve testing practices and contribute to enhancing testing processes and productivity. Perform regression, integration, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
