Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's EBD Service Location: Bury Salary: Up to £53,000 (which is inclusive of Bonus) dependant on expereince and qualifications. Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Children's Home Manager to lead an EBD service in Bury. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our young people. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and management to the service, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and strategies to achieve outstanding outcomes for our young people. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, commissioners, and partner agencies. Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent practice and high-quality care. Oversee the planning and delivery of individualized care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of each young person. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, auditing, and inspections. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
