About the Role To support our continued international expansion we are seeking an International Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The role and responsibilities (include but not limited to): Webinars/Health Talks: Setting up Open Events and creating a repetitive promotion chain around them and other events such as webinars on various channels (including social media and e-comms) Digital marketing: Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO Newsletters and emails: Creating content plans for social media and newsletters according to current trends and interests of the audience as well as to benefit CNM Partnerships and collaborations: Liaising with public personas in order to do joint promotion (i.e. collaborations and lives) Sales: Working with the sales team to set the marketing strategy for the upcoming month and make sure the sales promotion is planned accordingly Researching and analysing market trends and competitors Marketing strategy and calendar planning: Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies Paid marketing : (including boosted posts on social media and Google Ads) Oversee the growth of international markets (new and existing) in terms of enquiries and resulting enrolments The ideal candidate: Has excellent communication skills Has knowledge of natural therapies or education in marketing Has experience in digital marketing: social, email, search, etc. Advantageous but not mandatory: Experience in marketing internationally Fluency in any languages other than English Benefits: Very competitive salary, negotiable, depending on skills, previous results, knowledge and experience.
