Job Title: Counselling Manager Band : 7/8 Location : Derby, Derbyshire Working Hours: 40 We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor & Supervisor to join our esteemed client's inpatient team in Derby, Derbyshire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract. This vacancy offers competitive rates. What will your responsibilities be? You will be responsible for managing a team of Counsellors and Mental Health Practitioners, consisting of up to 20 staff members. While the primary focus is on management, we also require a fully accredited Counsellor. The ideal candidate will have a strong and proven track record in assessing and managing clinical risk, along with excellent management skills. The post-holder will provide expert guidance and specialist knowledge in mental health and welfare incidents, ensuring the delivery of an excellent support service to patients in line with our strategy.
