Full-Time Learning Support Assistant Needed!

A fantastic Special Educational Needs school in the heart of Bromley is looking for a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant to begin as soon as possible! You will be required to work flexibly within a classroom, in small groups, and as a 1:1 supporting SEND students. It will be your responsibility to support the class Teacher and other members of support staff as well as ensuring that you are supporting the educational and social development of the students.

The role:
* Support the classroom teacher in the management of the students.
* Work in classrooms, small groups, and 1:1.
* Promote positive behaviour and act as a role model.
* Observe the students and report back to other staff members.
PLEASE NOTE: All successful applicants will require the right training, legal checks, and the Right to Work in the UK. You must also have an enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one and have strong SEND experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
