We are looking for a Sourcing Administrative Support to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a professional and mature demeanor and conduct especially during interactions with both internal and external customers.
2. Design and develop effective and efficient methods to track high priority actions for projects and programs to ensure the continuous functions of administrative process and organization objectives.
3. Locate, assemble and prepare all written presentation material using multiple data sources.
4. Coordinate administrative and logistical details associated with day-to-day operations to support the Manager of Department and staff.
5. Perform a high level of administrative duties which may be complex and include travel arrangements, travel itineraries, agenda, and completing expense reports in a timely manner.
6. Anticipate, prepare, and compile materials for conferences and meetings on own initiative.
7. Generate Oracle and data reports, format, and communicate to departmental personnel.
8. Organize and archive/file records and documents.
9. Retrieve files and records to support departmental requests.
10. Proactively share work which focuses on division priorities which may occasionally be at the expense of current group priorities including coverage for vacation and all other absences.
11. Work autonomously. Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office software/products.
12. Advanced PowerPoint skills, i.e., develop presentations with limited instructions; insert graphs, animation, etc.
13. Advanced Excel skills, i.e., create pivot tables, write advanced formulas.
14. Experience/familiarity with Oracle MRP system preferred.
What You Bring:
1. High School graduate with completion of business school training or its equivalent.
2. Two years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
3. Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
4. Must be sole US citizen and able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
