Role: Consultant Psychiatrist (CAMHS) Location: Surrey Salary: Up to £170,000 Full-time A brand-new private service in Surrey is looking for an experienced Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist to join their fantastic team.

Consultant Psychiatrist Main Duties: Take clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, and strategic reviews.
Act as Responsible Clinician for young people detained under the Mental Health Act.
Offer psychiatric perspective to the multidisciplinary team in relation to the assessment and treatment of patients.
Effective contribution to management meetings and clinical governance meetings for the services provided at the hospital.
Offer supervision to other members of the multi-disciplinary team, particularly junior medical staff.
Maintaining CPD and re-validation requirements, as determined by the Royal College of Psychiatrists or other relevant statutory bodies.
Essential Requirements: Registered on the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a licence to practice Experience of CAMHS Forensic and/or Eating Disorders desirable Benefits: Very competitive annual salary.
