Customer Services Advisor
Location: Lancaster/Hybrid
Salary: £22,250 FTE
Hours: 15 hours over 3 days (Wed – Friday)
Age UK Lancashire develops and delivers services for older people across Lancashire, Southport and Blackpool.
We offer person-centred, quality-assured information, advice and signposting amongst a variety of other services to support older people to remain independent and we are looking for an experienced customer services adviser to join our team.
Timely information and access to services when needed is essential for older people to retain their independence in later life.
We are seeking an innovative, self-motivated candidate who will work as part of a small team.
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate experience of person-centred needs-led approach to service delivery and the ability to offer a non-judgemental approach to informing appropriate support measures, to ensure we offer an over-arching holistic service to older people.
