Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a People Manager at The Roof Gardens in London. The People Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the club's human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. They will also play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff members.
Qualifications
* Experience in human resources management, recruitment, and employee relations
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
