We are looking for a dynamic Planning Manager - Circularity to join our growing team at Tarmac. The location of this role is flexible across our various sites. In this role, you will be integral to delivering the objectives of our Circularity Strategy, focusing on finding, securing, and developing new operational site ventures and opportunities for recycling and landfill. You will ensure the long-term success of our footprint, maximise portfolio value, and help create sustainability for the future. Main Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development of strategic plans that define and identify industrial footprint requirements, securing land assets to meet business objectives Compliance & Legislation: Oversee the development of secured assets through planning and permitting processes, ensuring compliance with environmental, planning, and waste acceptance regulations. Maintain ISO14001 accreditation Budget & Financial Management: Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure of Circularity projects. Achieve budgeted volume and profit targets and ensure new sites align with business strategy Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal operational teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive strategic success.
