Front of House Coordinator
City based Hybrid
£35,000 - £39,000 + bonus and excellent benefits
Our client is a major property management company with a wide range of corporate and creative clients across the UK. A newly created position has arisen in their regional management team, coordinating temporary cover for the buildings and acting as a point of contact with the clients, internal stakeholders, and the Float / temporary Receptionists.
This individual will be expected to take ownership of the directory of operational trackers and team records, ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained and all records are kept accurate and updated on a daily basis.
They will act as the escalation point for all issues and queries, making sure all matters are addressed and resolved promptly to the satisfaction of clients, occupiers, and internal stakeholders.
An ideal background would be an ex-recruiter, used to dealing with urgent requests and bringing high levels of client service to your role. Alternatively, a front of house coordinator or strong administrator from a client service background will be considered.
Advanced levels of Excel are required, as are strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Based in stunning offices in the City, with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), you will work as part of a motivated and service-oriented team who will seek the best solutions for their clients.
Salary is dependent on experience.
