Our client, a well-established alternative lender, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Director to drive business growth across London. This is a pivotal role within the company, offering significant career development and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, and intermediaries.
* Drive new business and sales growth, identifying lending opportunities within real estate finance.
* Structure and negotiate bespoke funding solutions tailored to client needs.
* Work closely with credit, underwriting, and risk teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in corporate sales within property or real estate finance.
* Strong network of developers, brokers, and property professionals in the South West & London.
* A deep understanding of alternative lending, bridging loans, development finance, or commercial mortgages.
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
