We are looking for a Sales Manager to become an integral part of our fast-growing team based at our Clerkenwell office and showroom.
The Sales Manager at J.Adams is the face of the sales operation and will be a pro-active, self-motivated person, digitally knowledgeable, with excellent communication skills and intrinsic understanding of business development.
The mission of the role is to grow and build strong B2B relationships in the UK across multiple sales channels.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years previous sales and business development experience within the lighting / furniture or luxury goods market, knowledge working with UK B2B clients. Candidate should have ability to negotiate and make commercially focused decisions to drive sales and maximize profitability.
o Actively driving business development through constant client interaction, relationship building and passionate, authentic brand representation.
o Working with Head of Sales to plan creative ways to hit monthly sales goals and drive business forward. o Create opportunities to host client meetings, training sessions, and brand events to enhance client relationships at London showroom and off-site venues.
o Prioritize building and nurturing strong relationships with our key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
o Building and maintaining key client relationships, travelling where required for meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
