To manage the Payroll services for INEOS Inovyn UK, hosted, third party and joint venture payrolls and lead the UK Payroll team to deliver an efficient and accurate service in line with legislative rules and business procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Manage the range of payrolls to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
2. Manage, lead and coach the UK Payroll team ensuring compliance and competency.
3. Ensure the payroll system is maintained, conforms to legislative requirements and fully meets the needs of the business.
4. Manage the Company car fleet as per the policy in the most cost-effective manner.
5. Provide fixed costs information for the generation of annual budgets.
Key Skills and Experience
1. Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Proven track record in Payroll administration and managing a Payroll team.
3. Deep knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, statutory and national insurance rules.
4. Highly organised and self-motivated.
5. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
6. Keen attention to detail and highly numerate.
7. HR experience with an understanding of contracts, terms and conditions.
8. Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, payroll/HRIS systems.
9. Strong communication skills and relationship management.
10. Comfortable working with confidential information and adhering to GDPR regulations.
