We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated practitioners who are interested in registering for supply Teaching in SEN settings in the North of Essex and would love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver lessons to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of SEN students
* Manage challenging behaviour effectively
* Work collaboratively with SENCO and other staff members to support student progress
* Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Previous experience working with SEN students
* Demonstrated ability to manage behaviour effectively
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) practices
* Excellent communication skills
* Patience and resilience when working with challenging behaviours
* Sense of humour to engage students effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in Special Education
* Training in behaviour management techniques
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
