The Retention Executive will create and nurture long-term relationships with IMG customers and ensure that IMG Retention Targets are achieved. What does a day in the life of a Retention Executive look like: Contact Policyholders during renewal process to secure renewal. Advise Policyholders of any premium/benefit options to assist in securing renewal. Schedule regular meetings with SME customers to ensure issues are resolved. Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms. Feedback any competitor knowledge gained back to the business. Maintain IMG agreed retention targets and work diligently to meet them. Manage Broker TOBA process and maintain agency database. Collaborate with internal teams.
