This role, based at Hideaway Bay in Dover will lead and develop the Bath Leads, providing frontline leadership and management of daily operations on a 7/7 roster; giving you the ultimate work life balance.
Your Duties:
* Build and maintain relationships with key people to ensure Huon's bath plan is completed on time and within budget.
* Lead the bath crew by communicating clearly with team members, ensuring safety and following bathing guidelines.
* Make quick and clear decisions, even if they are tough or involve risks.
* Manage projects, plans, and team members, including their performance, feedback, learning, and development.
* Plan ahead and work in an organised way, focusing on quality and standards, including animal welfare and safety regulations.
* Create and manage the plans needed to carry out the bath schedule and meet operational needs.

* Have technical knowledge of aquaculture and engineering, and stay updated on new trends and technologies.
* Handle large projects, manage risks, and ensure they stay on track and within budget.
* Adapt to changes and stay calm under pressure.
* Commit to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Qualifications Required:
* Certificate III in Aquaculture and a valid Coxswains ticket.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience working on the water in a similar position, or relevant experience.
