My client, a specialist consultancy are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to work on a Water project and be based in the West Midlands on a hybrid basis.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to work on a water project seconded to the client in the West Midlands area.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing contracts including scoping, pricing, and schedule creation.
* Working closely with the procurement team on tendering, supplier selection, and contract awards.
* Providing accurate live forecasting and reporting, ensuring project financials are properly managed and monitored.
* Managing costs, assessing variances, and ensuring compliance with project budgets.
* Delivering robust project controls and reporting on project progress, including risk, opportunities, and financial audits.
* Engaging with site teams to ensure continuous commercial performance improvement and delivering project innovations.
