Senior Rides & Attractions Manager Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7) Contract Type: Permanent, salaried Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our AWESOME Rides & Attractions are enjoyed by families every day, and we are recruiting for a Senior Rides & Attractions Manager to join this great team and steer them to success The role of Senior Rides & Attractions Manager is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people manager to join our wider Rides & Attractions management team, bringing your own unique and fresh ideas for people motivation and management to the table. You will have the chance to review our existing processes and drive best practice in health and safety standards (including a strong focus on compliance), implement and review ride efficiency and how we can continue to improve our guest ride experience, seek to elevate guest interactions from our front-line guest hosts and their managers, and lead by example to implement positive and professional change to the department. You’ll be an advocate for creating and maintaining a nurturing environment, empowering friendly guest interaction through fostering a respectful team culture, maintaining high morale within your team, actively managing poor performance and celebrating success. As a senior manager you’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships across the wider resort with colleagues at every level, becoming an advocate for the Rides & Attractions Team and a vocal and visible department representative.
