Company Description
Our production unit takes pride in offering top-tier luxury airline catering that is both elegant and sophisticated. Our team is dedicated to crafting a one-of-a-kind experience that is attractive to even the most discerning passengers. We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct daily tasks as outlined by the QA Supervisor and Manager.
2. Review and verify daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers.
3. Check all chillers and dry stores within the production and warehouse, ensuring FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, and allergen segregation.
4. Perform audits across different areas of the kitchen/operation, ensuring paperwork is up to date, temperature controls are regularly performed and recorded, and cleanliness levels are maintained.
5. Support the wider QA events international team in diverse locations across the world when necessary.
6. Supervise that all members of the production follow internal safety rules to avoid future incidents.
7. Submit daily reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor about any incidents, issues, and solutions, plus general information about daily production development.
Qualifications
1. Role model ability, leading a team, with a problem-solving mentality.
2. Passion for high-end cuisine and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
3. Well presented, professional individual with a positive attitude that indulges in team success.
4. Ability to be a positive change champion for DO & CO.
5. Meticulous attention to detail and data-driven with the ability to influence different departments.
6. Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating them.
7. Clear and engaging communicator with strong written and verbal English.
8. Flexible in decision-making and handling change.
9. Great understanding and working knowledge of your department.
10. BSc in Food Science or experience in a similar role.
11. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge of reporting and managing data.
