WHAT TO EXPECT
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Head of Brand Communications to join our Senior Leadership team at JLR Classic. In this role, you'll drive awareness and loyalty of JLR Classic globally, working closely with our Brand Houses and Regional and Market Teams to support the growth and vision of JLR while driving demand to increase revenue and profits in Classic Vehicle Sales, Service, Parts and Experiences.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a series of actions to raise awareness of JLR Classic to new clients globally, stimulating significantly increased demand for our products and services.
* Establish a robust CRM activity to ensure loyalty of existing clients for Sales, Service & Parts.
* Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the unique Classic Customer Journey.
* Work with HoB's to develop provenance stories and bring to life using Classic assets.
* Set and deliver annual and quarterly targets for PR, events and experiences.
* Develop all initiatives related to the above, determining implementation parameters and engaging with stakeholders.
* Develop partnership and collaboration opportunities to support PR, events and experiences.
* Be responsible for execution of strategy for JLR Classic in the markets.
* Be the market voice of Classic, understand market requirements and ensure they are considered in execution of the Classic's strategies and plans.
* Be a leading advocate for Classic, ensuring each function understands the target client(s) and delivers the brand strategy.
* Own and develop the JLR Classic website and make it industry-leading.
* Work with the central teams, own the JLR Classic social media channels and increase engagement.
* Track and report metrics to demonstrate delivery to plan.
* As a key member of the JLR Classic Senior Leadership team, play a key part in fostering a positive culture that aligns with our Creators Code.
* Support delivery of eNPS targets both overall and within own team.

* Profit (£m)
* Funnel metrics including leads generated.
* PR value.
* Social media and website metrics.
* eNPS score.
* Client loyalty.
* Active Classic Collection utilisation (%).
Key Interactions
* Commercial - work with all Regions / Markets, HoB's & CoE's as primary point of contact for Classic PR, marketing and communications.
* JLR Classic Sales and Service - collaborate to deliver targets in revenue & profit.
* JLR Classic Parts & Accessories - collaborate to deliver profit targets and grow opportunity.
* JLR Classic Product delivery - connect to the product development to tell JLR Classics stories.
* JLR Classic Finance - develop business cases and keep business plan updated. Clearly understand cross charge elements / value add to the core business.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience creating brand awareness globally and driving demand to increase revenue.
* Applications are welcomed from creative, entrepreneurial and driven individuals with a can-do attitude and work ethic.
* A good understanding and background of retail marketing and customer centricity.
* Be a great influencer with proven teamworking and collaborative skills which motivate and inspire.
* Analytical, creative and executional skills to be able to effectively create and deliver a strategy.
* An understanding of the media landscape, be media savvy and know what makes a great story.
* Excellent working knowledge of digital channels.
* Social media and website content management experience.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Have an understanding of different cultures in markets and how to maximise content in markets.
* Experience leading and managing a team.
* Experience within the Automotive sector is desirable but not an essential requirement.
