An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Housing Services team, to help us continue to meet our service and performance objectives.
Housing Admin Assistant
Contract: Fixed Term (until September 2025), 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: EVH Grade 5, £29,086 - £32,324 per annum
As Housing Administration Assistant, you will be predominantly office based, providing administrative support to the Housing Services team. This will help to provide an effective, efficient, and responsive Housing Management Service to the Association’s customers, including existing tenants, former tenants, potential tenants, and owner occupiers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative and clerical support to the Housing Services Section
2. Answering general enquiries
3. Complaint handling
4. Tenant participation
5. General upkeep of in-house files and computerised tenancy records
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates will have previous experience in a similar administration-based role. You must have excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and organisational skills. Excellent IT skills are required. Experience using SDM Housing software or similar is desirable. A current driving licence and access to a car is also desirable for this post.
