The role - Senior Cost Manager
You will be joining a team of 19 and will enjoy working in a collaborative environment in a modern, open-plan office.
You will work with a prestigious client, focusing on 4-5 schemes going to approval.
You will be an extension of the client, working seamlessly within their processes.
You will be managing a small team.
The office is mainly office-based, with client visits roughly once a week.
The right person - Senior Cost Manager
You will either be an experienced Cost Manager from a consultancy background.
Refurbishment experience is key.
You will be used to working at pace on fast turnaround projects.
You will have management experience.
