We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to lead and optimise our paid media campaigns, driving high-quality B2C lead generation. With a strong analytical mindset and a passion for performance marketing, you will play a key role in maximising ROI across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
* Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance, drive conversions, and reduce cost per acquisition.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to ensure optimal campaign efficiency.
* Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools, making informed recommendations for improvement.
* Oversee A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation to refine strategies.
* Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, with a focus on B2C lead generation.
* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance accordingly.
* Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective, high-converting campaigns.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to test, learn, and scale successful initiatives.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work from our Chelsea office 3 days per week.
