Person Specification Minimum 1 years' management experience in a commercial business People management and health & safety management Local geographical knowledge Good transport / logistics knowledge Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service environment Knowledge of health and safety legislation Available for 'on call' situations Skills IT literate - comfortable using systems Excel/Word/PowerPoint Ability to influence, persuade and have flexibility.
